    Our soba noodles are made using buckwheat flour made by milling buckwheat seeds grown in Horokanai, Hokkaido using the Doto process.*The pounding method is a very rare manufacturing method these days, in which the ingredients are pounded with a pestle instead of being ground into powder using a stone mill.
